Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manhattan, an IHG Hotel

I loved the housekeepers who cleaned our room. Excellent cleanliness and kind. The woman who was on staff when we checked in on Thursday. Also the staff who was on Sunday morning who asked if we need a scrapper to clean ice and snow from car. So kind!

Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, breakfast had more than I thought it would (omelets already made, cinnamon rolls, options to make pancakes).

Hotel is clean and staff is always friendly. We can always count on HIE having decent rooms.

Location was excellent. Breakfasts were perfect, yoghurt and coffee and fruit. And the cinnamon rolls were to die for!

Very clean rooms, salt water pool, close to downtown. Good t.v. choices. Beds are more comfortable than most hotels I've stayed in, very close to good restaurants
